سڈنی : آسٹریلیا میں ایک پاکستانی نوجوان طالب علم سیلابی پانی میں ڈوب کر جاں بحق ہوگیا، نوجوان ڈوبی ہوئی گاڑی میں40منٹ تک ریسکیو حکام سے رابطے میں رہا۔ آسٹریلیا کے شمال مغربی سڈنی میں انتہائی افسوسناک واقعہ پیش آیا ہے، نیو ساؤتھ ویلز میں جمع سیلابی پانی میں گاڑی سمیت ڈوبنے سے ایک نوجوان کی موت واقع ہوگئی۔ جاں بحق نوجوان کی شناخت ایاز یونس کے نام سے ہوئی ہے،25سالہ ایاز یونس کا تعلق کراچی کے علاقے ملیر کینٹ سے تھا اور وہ آسٹریلیا میں انجینئرنگ کی تعلیم حاصل کر رہا تھا۔ غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق سیلابی پانی میں ہلاک ہونے والے پاکستانی نوجوان نے مکمل ڈوبنے سے قبل ریسکیو ادارے کو صبح ساڑھے 6بجے مدد کیلئے بلایا اور خود کار سے نکلنے کی پوری شدت سے کوشش کرتا رہا لیکن وہ باہر نہیں نکل سکا۔ ذرائع کے مطابق جائے وقوعہ پر سڑک کے کنارے انتباہی نوٹ کے سائن بورڈ آویزاں تھے جس پر آگے جانے سے منع کیا گیا ہے کیونکہ وہ بھی پانی میں ڈوب چکے تھے جسے وہ نوجوان نہیں دیکھ سکا۔ متوفی ایاز یونس کی کار پانی میں گرگئی اس دوران وہ بعد 40 منٹ تک ریسکیو حکام سے بات کرتا رہا، تاہم جب ریسکیو اہلکار موقع پر پہنچے

سعودی عرب: سفری پابندی اور ویزوں سے متعلق اہم خبر آگئی سفر کے حوالے سے سعودی حکومت کی اہم وضاحت ریاض: سعودی محکمہ پاسپورٹ کے ذیلی ادارے ‘جوازات’ نے غیرملکی کی جانب سے سفری پابندی اور ویزوں سے متعلق پوچھے گئے سوال پر وضاحت پیش کردی۔ غیرملکی خبررساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق جوازات کے سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹوئٹر پر شہری نے سوال کیا کہ سفری پابندی کے باعث میرا لگایا گیا خروج نہائی(فائنل ایگزٹ ویزا) ختم ہوچکا ہے، کیا اس کی مدت میں توسیع ممکن ہے؟ جس پر ضاحت پیش کی گئی کہ خروج نہائی ویزا لگوانے کے بعد 60 دن کی مہلت دی جاتی ہے۔ جوازات نے کہا کہ ساٹھ دن کی مہلت کے اندر ہی ویزے میں توسیع ممکن ہے اگر تاریخ نکل جائے تو جرمانہ عائد ہوتا ہے جس کے بعد ویزے کی توسیع یا کینسل ہوسکتا ہے۔ مذکورہ بالا مراحل کو عبور کرنے کے لیے اقامے کی مدت ہونا بھی لازمی ہے، سعودی قانون کے مطابق خروج نہائی اقامہ کی مدت سے مشروط ہوتا ہے اگر اقامہ ایکسپائر ہو تو خروج نہائی یعنی فائنل ایگزٹ نہیں لگایا جاسکتا۔ #ARYNewsUrdu
